While you will still find many of the old favorites here - California burgers, Chop Chop salads & Bacon-wrapped tater tots, you will also find new items like Warm Brussels Spout Dip, the vegan Green & Grain Salad and the decadent Fat Franny, a burger or fried chicken breast sndwiched between a house made maple bacon donut!! ‍ Fat Cat also serves 9 local beers are on tap, as well as a small but interesting wine selection, local coffee and nitro cold brew and a full bar with seasonal cocktail list. And you don’t have to look far to find it – it’s in the same spot previously occupied by Fran’s Filling Station. ‍ Fran is channeling her energy and good vibes into this fun, friends and family-friendly neighborhood eatery and bakery. Fat Cat Burgers & Bakeshop is a cozy, welcoming dining and bakery concept conceived by Fran Scibelli, the Charlotte restaurateur behind Metropolitan Bakery and Café and, most recently, Fran’s Filling Station in Dilworth.
